Over the past 14 years, our driver management and coaching team have developed a number of motor racing drivers from karting to the very top of the sport. Thanks to our understanding and presence at all levels of motorsport globally, we have a strong network and expertise of the industry, so we are able to make informed decisions, regarding the correct path for a drivers career. The goal of the driver management division is to begin working with the sports leading talents early in their careers and install a working method and work ethic, which will stand them in good stead, as they progress up the motorsport ladder.
